Check-Out Procedure
1) Check-Out time is 11am.
2) Cabin must be left in a "cleaned up" condition prior to departure.
3) All dishes must be cleaned and put away. If a dishwasher is available, the last batch maybe left if time does not permit you to finish.
4) Counters and Table need to be wiped down.
5) If the cabin has laundry facilities we require that you launder all the towels. Strip all sheets off beds and place dirty sheets by the laundry room. Please wash darks and lights separately! Please check the individual cabin check-out list for specific instructions.
6) All heat thermostats need to be turned down to 50 degrees, or as directed.
7) All windows and doors must be locked.
8) All garbage needs to be taken to the local land fill or taken home with your group. A $30 fee will be charged if you leave garbage behind.
9) All keys must be brought back to Rainbow Realty or returned to the lock box. If checking out on a weekend or early morning and the office is not open, please call to verify where you need to leave the keys. DO NOT leave the keys in the cabin.
